Over the past few months we have seen several iPhone remote acessories that have been launched such as iphone 3G silicone case but the latest offering from Powera looks to be the best so far. It works with the iPhone 3G/3GS and iPod touch and the manufactures claim it can replace all your existing remotes and that you will be able to control multiple devices from one screen.
The draw back with most iPhone remote accessories is the need for a dongle to be added to the product you are trying to control, the Powera method is much simpler just slip on the black case which incoprates the IR transmitter, install the App and your ready to take control of every electrical device in your home. Its currently only available in the US at the moment although we expect to see it this side of the pond pretty soon.
